Luis was very accurate to what service was needed. Very polite and amicable. I'm so glad Jacob was the first business I called. I even set up a maintenance plan with them. I highly recommend them. ?
Luis came out 7/28 and thoroughly checked our system. This was no easy feat as unit is in the attic. He added refrigerant to the system. He was very helpful polite and honest. The previous company said we needed a new upsized system.
In the heat of the summer, we received our brand new Carrier 5 ton A/C unit (after 17 years of the last one from Jacob..) We had three hard working young men- Pablo, Keegen, and Shaun, who expertly put in the large unit, new air handler, and thermostats. All went well, our house is really cool now, and Jacob has done it again! We have already had our county inspection and we passed with no problem at all! We have used this company exclusively for 35 years- we think no one can do it better!
