Save yourself a headache and find an orthodontist that will actually answer the phone. I would never recommend Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics for orthodontic treatment.
We paid in full upfront for my daughter’s braces, and unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The biggest issue is communication, or really the complete lack of it. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. If you need to make or reschedule an appointment, you can’t reach anyone, and even their voicemail says it can take over 48 hours for a call back, which is unacceptable for something as time-sensitive as orthodontic care.
Appointments are scheduled eight weeks out, yet there are no reminder calls or follow-ups. On top of that, the office seems to be open on random days, making it difficult to even stop by in person. When you do manage to speak with someone at the front desk, the staff is often rude and short, which only adds to the frustration.
The actual appointments are just as disappointing. There is little to no communication about the treatment plan. No one explains what’s being done, what the next steps are, or what to expect in terms of progress. It feels rushed, impersonal, and honestly uncomfortable.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience, especially considering we paid in full upfront. I would never recommend Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics to anyone seeking orthodontic care.

I've been going to the dentist for a few months and I can tell you no complain I really will recommend everybody and anybody to go there The dentist that clean my teeth today was amazing she did a great job I will not trade my dentist office for anything Thank you so much for all the hard work you guys do Thanks ELY!!! 🙌🙏🤗

My daughter (a minor)need a tooth pulled. We arrived on time and had to wait almost 30 mins. When the dental hygienist called her name we got up and went to her. She says to me all right mom will be back in 30 minutes. A little hesitant I asked where are you taking her I wasn't sure if they needed to do another x-ray before they pulled the tooth. She responded to do the extraction. I told her well I'm going back with my daughter she proceeded to tell me no. She went back and talked to the dentist ,she said no that I am allowed back with my child while she has her tooth pulled. I told her that we were not getting a tooth pulled then. I asked for a doctor's note. She walked away and then all five of the ladies sitting behind the desk would not even look at me or asked if I needed any kind of help. The dental hygienist did come back a few minutes later and asked if I needed heard to print that out for me. As she was printing out the doctor's note she proceeded to tell me that it was no big deal that my daughter was going to have novocaine or gas and multiple times said well it will just take a few minutes. I let her know that nobody would be taking a tooth out of my daughter without me in the room. She then told me well good luck with your insurance finding somebody that will pull that tooth. Just a heads up do not take your kids there to get a tooth pulled. Dr Nicole Dorothy was the dentist that was going to pull the tooth. You must be doing something shady if you're not going to let the parents in the room. And just for reference I have used the Port Orange office about 5 years ago with my son and I was allowed in the room when he had his tooth pulled. Just a warning I wouldn't use them!

Dream. Doherty is extremely kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. She treats me like a human being and shows compassion. She makes me feel at ease and I truly appreciate her. Her team and Sky are always a pleasure to work with. Im not great with taking care of my teeth due to costs but they don't make you feel bad about it and understand. Its compassion and care and they have it. Thank you Deland Team for making me feel safe and happy.

I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism that exists at the front desk. There were five people on their phones doing nothing.
After my cleaning, I asked to schedule my next cleaning in six months. I was told I needed to wait two months to call them to schedule my appointment for four months out. She said “our responsible patients have no problem calling us in two months to schedule their next appointment”. I don’t see how I was being irresponsible for trying to schedule my appointment in advance. Even my daughters said they need to hire new employees. I contacted my insurance to find another provider. Don’t waste your time unless you like staff treating you like garbage.

Insurance or no insurance go somewhere else. They upsell you unnecessary deep cleaning for outrageous fees. They refuse to do regular cleaning. The only thing they're good at is cleaning out your wallets with unnecessary services They recommend unnecessary procedures. Go somewhere else I will never do business with them again.
