We had a mystery electrical problem in the laundry area. Three other electric companies were willing to take thousands of dollars from us to do all sorts of electrical work but hardly any of it directly related to our issue. Rick came out, on time, to do an assessment which with the other companies would be a separate visit from the actual service visit. Rick thoroughly evaluated our system and with his knowledge and experience went ahead and resolved the problem on this same visit.
