We had a mystery electrical problem in the laundry area. Three other electric companies were willing to take thousands of dollars from us to do all sorts of electrical work but hardly any of it directly related to our issue. Rick came out, on time, to do an assessment which with the other companies would be a separate visit from the actual service visit. Rick thoroughly evaluated our system and with his knowledge and experience went ahead and resolved the problem on this same visit. Rick explained everything to us, sometimes a couple of times, until we understood what he was doing and why. He willingly answered all of our questions. The charge was beyond fair! We are confident in the work and will definitely contact Freedom for any electrical needs in the future.

We just had a gas generator installed, and we can't say enough about the installation and service from Freedom Electric. Rick was the lead electrician and service tech, and I believe he knows more about the Generac Generators than the people who built them. He was personable, kind, and helped us set everything up so that it's running perfectly. I highly recommend Rick and Freedom.

We can’t say enough good things about Dave and Kayden from Freedom Electric. They did all the electrical work for our custom home out here in Pierson. We had many unplanned changes, and they met all of our requests with no complaints. My husband was very impressed on how cleaned everything looked and the meticulous manner of their work. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. I had an emergency with one of my horses where I had to leave the other one at home alone and they were even kind enough to keep an eye on him while we were gone. I had an issue with a prior electrician who could not seem to figure out what was wrong with my generator transfer switch as I could not seem to power my well when I was on generator.The other company cost me lots of money and never solved the dilemma.I called Freedom and Ricky came out and gave me a plan / solution and followed up with an estimate.The day they arrived at the house they were on time, efficient and did an excellent job. They solved my dilemma and now my well works on the generator.A++
