John and his crew are great! Hard working guys and professional. Not only did they come out on Christmas Eve last year, the slab he poured for our outdoor kitchen is great! They slanted it slightly , so water drains and doesn't pool! They worked with us again, to get the foundation and footings done for a garage we're putting up (2000 SQ ft, maybe more?) and gave us the best price (out of 5 estimates) . The work is great, see for yourself! We highly recommend and will use if we need any more concrete work!

Large spots of concrete were left beside my home. When asked to remove, John ( the owner) agreed but never returned. 2 weeks after job, the concrete looks discolored and feels rough/gritty and porous. When asked about the final product, he advised us to give it more time or paint. After I complained about the service, he advised me that he he didn’t want to take the job in the first place.

Mr. Dugger did a very substandard work on a Concrete pad. It has been only 3 weeks and the pad has ponding issues, the concrete shrinkage is occurring and the aggregate is coming through which makes it walking or playing on it very difficult, and the pad is not very smooth. This is becoming more of a hazard to my children now. It was supposed to be an area for my son to practice basketball.Mr. Dugger has not answered any of my calls back and ran off with the money. Sad to see a company who actually wanted to do good work turn into a ripoff artist. I will have to hire someone else to redo the work he supposedly completed.
