I used Bowman Property Inspection on 10/28/25 for the new pre-construction home in Naples in Verona Community in Titusville. Monica who took my call when I wanted to know about their service was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and followed up with me every step of the way. My home inspector was Andrew Hudson who was very friendly. I met him the afternoon of the inspection and he explained to me what he was going to do. After 3 hours, he completed his inspection and explained to me what he found and what concerns that needed to be addressed.
