I contracted McMasters at the end of May 2021. My technician, Brad, spent a lot of time on my yard on the first visit. He provided me with all the information I requested with regard to what he had done to my yard. It was in really bad shape. I have two types of grasses: Bermuda and Zoysia. The Bermuda was established, but 1/2 of the Zoysia had been in for only a month. I left to go on a one month road trip. The office sent me pictures and a report at the three week mark. After purchasing my Home I was not Educated on the existing Sprinkler System or how to maintan the Front Lawn. I contacted McMaster and they sent out Garret, who explained and educated me on the sprinkler system and the the correct way to Mow this Lawn. Shawn, then came out and lowered the Sprinkler heads. Great Price, Great Customer Service, Great Education. Thank You

Just started this company a few months ago and let me just start out by saying everyone from the start of the process has been too notch. Cassie, Greta and Jessie were awesome to deal with and made joining so easy. They answered all of my questions and setup was a breeze. My initial treatment was as planned gentleman called 30 mins before arriving and actually did what he said he would. I had Drake for over two years and fought with them to kill weeds in my yards with no results and McMasters killed them on the first treatment. Needless to say McMaster is TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend them to anyone that cares about customer service. Thanks Dennis
