I waited a couple weeks to write this review because I didn’t want to be dramatic… but here I am, fully dramatic, Christine is basically a shoulder miracle worker. ?
This was my first therapeutic massage ever, and I walked in with years of shoulder pain like, “maybe I’ll get a little relief.” YALL… two weeks later and I have more movement than I’ve had in YEARS. I’m over here testing my range of motion like I just got a software update.
Christine actually listens (like, really listens), doesn’t rush, and somehow knows exactly what your body needs, even when you don’t. It’s equal parts relaxing and “how did you even find that spot?!”

Christine is an amazing massage therapist! I've been a regular client for almost a year and consistently have wonderful experiences. She is skilled, professional, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
My experience at Time to be Present Wellness was an absolute treat! The location was incredibly clean and inviting, a real sense of peace. Nicole was super attentive and calming! Which building a connection with your massage therapist is an absolute must to really allow an opportunity to be stress free for just a moment, and Nicole really gets that. I was able to get a therapeutic massage and as a 45 year old who has done a number on his back and neck, it was amazing! Needless to say I have already booked another appointment, and an appointment for my wife! Thank you Nicole for being awesome! 10/10 would recommend!
