Very courteous, professional, arrived on time, and appears to have done quality work. Time will tell. I'll update this review after the first heavy rain. But from what I observed, I believe they did a great job
Quality Roofing has been amazing to work with! Mike accepts my calls and makes me and my clients a priority. He is friendly and professional. You can tell he has a big heart. Austin, the project manager, is also amazing! He is a great communicator and keeps me in the loop every step of the way. He even sends pictures that are needed. This is a top notch company that has affordable prices. They go above and beyond and it doesn’t get any better than that. If you need a roof, call Quality Roofing.
I was very satisfied with the process. Mike and Chris provided great customer service. Mike even came to my home multiple times to make sure I understood everything and that I completed everything correctly due to my disability and being 91 years old.
