This review is long overdue and I'm not even sure where to start. I was diagnosed with the same type of leukemia as Ben, and reached out to him for advice on mobility exercises during chemo. This led to 6 months of personal training with Ben. He tailors workouts and macros to exactly what your body needs and what your goals are. He is extremely supportive and is always available to answer questions or light a little motivational fire. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben's fitness training to anyone! Thank you Ben for helping me get my confidence and energy back.
