I scheduled an appointment formy annual physical a year ago. With that an appointment for blood work was also scheduled a week before the physical. Arrived for blood work today only to be told I did not have an appointment. Front office worker was very rude and said that I have not been seen by the office in a year. I agreed saying that was my last physical and this labwork will be for my next physical. She sai i needed to make an appointment if i want kabwork done. A lab tech came out and said that I cannot get labwork done in the office and I would have to go to Quest. I asked when this change occurred and she said a few months ago. Dr. FRANCISCO PEREZ, Mesa is a great doctor and has a great staff very friendly professional and helpful. I recommend highly to go to his office. Jeree Is very her kind professional when you walk in at the front desk.

Don't bring your parents here or let them come here on their own. This place does not care about their patients. I found a great place for my mom here in Deerfield they gave the new medical place I found 5 stars, I did my research.
