Brandon was excellent; he was very informative, patient, and accommodating. I had a good experience with him and feel very comfortable knowing I'm going to get a great roofing system. I would like to say that, in this stressful time of getting bids and information, he made it super easy, and that's why I'm happy to say that I'm a TimeproofUSA customer.
Amazing job Brandon from time proof USA for not only went over every single details regarding our roofing experience but also for his full transparency as far as a well detailed pricing. This is our very time dealing with “TIMEPROOFUSA” and so far my wife and I are extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend “Mr. Brandon Weiss” from TIMEPTOOFUSA when it comes to roofing purposes. Thank you. 🙏🏽
I met with Brandon today regarding a full roof replacement and had a very positive experience. He was friendly, professional and thorough without ever being pushy or arrogant. He walked the property, physically inspected the roof, entered both attic spaces and took numerous photos, which he reviewed with me in detail. Having met with other roofing companies, I felt that TimeProof offered a better overall waterproofing and replacement system, and Brandon’s thorough inspection and clear explanations helped me feel confident in my decision to move forward with them. From the sales and inspection perspective, Brandon made an excellent first impression.
