The owner is a crook! Don't do business with him! He hires contractors to fix all the work he has been cited by the City department (electrical, plumbing, etc) and doesn't pay the contractor. He gives checks that bounce back and doesn't pay anyone. When you try and reach out to him he stops answer his phone. Not a good guy he runs scams and try's to pull fast one.
