Webert Cyrius came to my home and was an absolute professional. He conducted thorough testing and walked my family and me through the entire process. I highly recommend Webert and his company.
Excellent and genuine customer service experience from this company. The owner, Doug, was on top of the entire situation at my parents apartment throughout the entire process and followed up on a timely manner. He made my elderly parents feel like they were being taken care of by someone who really cares about helping. Companies now days are only in it for the bucks and Doug is someone who really went above and beyond to show his company is there to HELP and to resolve the situation, and not just doing a job to get paid. Restoration xperts came and gave me a free quote. Webert came and did his job flawlessly. I was properly informed of step by step if I decided to go with their company. I never felt pushed, or rushed. He follow up with sending me the emails and a check in phone calls. I am waiting for my insurance as well as my HOA on how to proceed. My HOA will contact them and I am hopeful that we will do business restoration experts.
