Ilana is a fantastic neuro-muscular therapist.
She is addressing some issues that have been causing me pain in my neck, back and legs for years. I would recommend her to anyone who has tried chiropractic or massage therapy and is still struggling with pain.
Ms. Spodak is nothing short of a miracle worker. I always know that if there is anyone who can help me to be pain-free it is Ilana. It amazes me that her method is not universally known and used by now, but then that is exactly what makes her so special, brilliant and invaluable. She is truly a gifted healer who not only listens to the symptoms, but hears them through touch, then finds and fixes them from their origin. I highly recommend her to anybody who is suffering from pain. I was referred to Ilana by the Miami Headache Institute. I have been seeking the root cause of migraines for over 20 years.
Going to her changed my life- she sees to causes of physical imbalances and has the knowledge and ability to resolve them. Her warmth and compassion are remarkable. I am now almost headache free. I can’t thank her enough! She’s the best!
