first time we have used Manufacturer Direct and we were very impressed with the professionalism of the team that we dealt with. the eye exams were scheduled and done in a very timely manner, Steve did an outstanding job assisting us picking out frames and when the glasses arrived he was very professional in fine tuning the fit of the frames. it's not often that we experience this level of service and would highly recommend them.

These guys are the best!!! The store is super nice inside and could easily be in the Boca mall or South beach. The selection is great but the best part are the experts who know more about sunglasses than anyone I've ever met. Antonio - a/k/a A. S. is the man - he picked out the Maui Jim sunglasses that were perfect for me and somehow ordered them with RX and mirroring on a Monday and I was wearing them less than 48 hours later!! Amazing glasses amazing store. And the cherry on top- in the 2 minutes I was admiring my new sunglasses in the mirror, Antonio and team replaced a screw in my now back up pair of Mauis!
