After spending (literally flushing money down the toilet) with another company, I was fortunate to meet Kevin at a Real Estate Expo. They waived my home visit fee and provided a fast and efficient in home estimate. Dorson, my amazing technician, was honest, upfront, gave me my options, and supported me in making a great decision to replace the toilet.
On the spot, I made my deposit, he ordered the parts needed, and we added another task, assessing my sink, which had been off for years because the other company told me I needed to replace the vanity, drains, pipes, etc. I didn’t need any of that; just a new washer.

Dotson (the tech that did the work) was courteous, prompt, professional and well trained/experienced. He did not hard sell us on anything but recommended the services that we needed to get the job done right. It was a little more expensive than we had hoped but he stayed on the job until almost 9:00 PM to get things done and get water turned back on in the same day.
