Our mother needed a caregiver so we reached out to Horizon. Christine and Paulmi got us set up with an amazing caregiver that has become a part of our loving family. Paulmi asked a lot of good questions to make a good match and match personalities. This is the best live-in nurse/caregiver agency in Broward! The staff is so helpful with any questions we have or updates about her care. Thanks guys!!!!!
My father needed care during the day during what turned out to be his final days. My mother was overwhelmed and could no longer take care of him. Mike surpassed our expectations. He was singularly attentive, compassionate and extremely patient with my dad. He provided all the care dad needed and also helped my mom cope with this stressful time. Mike was the person who had to break the news to my mom when dad passed. He was empathetic, gentle and supportive. My mom and my family are eternally grateful for Mike’s compassionate assistance during this sad and stressful time.
