Besides being a really good guy, and someone who can really make you laugh from the belly he is the ultimate pro and knows his stuff. Problem in the bathroom? No problem for Billy he creates something from PVC to work around the problem. An extra day's work because of a community issue.. a schedule rearrange and Billy makes the time to come over and get it fixed.that's what separates him from other people in this business. he genuinely cares.
