I am back again to update my review of Empire. We were initially frustrated/upset regarding the change in expectations, timeline, additional costs we were incurring due to unexpected changes/circumstance.
Totally understand we needed to be flexible seeing that it was out of everyone’s control but thankfully Jean Pierre and Chris reached out, checked in, offered solutions to make things right. We truly appreciate the team, the floors came out beautiful. Thank you!
