I am a multi unit franchisee owner and I have used Eco Restoration and Construction twice in South Florida. From start to finish , their team has been outstanding. They know how to navigate the permit process with ease, which is crucial for fast paced commercial construction. The buildout was completed was done to perfection, on time and within budget.
If I could give Eco Restoration TEN STARS, I would! I reached out to them to update two bathrooms in my home, as well as mitigate any potential mold from a roof leak we had in my daughter’s bedroom. The office manager made contact immediately and requested the overall scope of the projects. The very next day their team was at my home to review the areas so an estimate could be provided. ECO walked through a few options we hadn’t considered for the bathrooms, which made us feel confident they knew what they were doing. Shortly after, the owner of the company Josh reached out with a proposal and his contact information. Josh was even included on emails and texts between me and the Office Manager. It felt reassuring knowing the owner was involved. The team was able to start quickly on the work and were SOOOOOO accommodating after a few delays, then rushes, happened from my side. Throughout all the challenges I sent their way, the ERC team remained responsive, agile, and accommodating. The result was beautiful, the team was fast, and they always left the site clean. I would highly recommend the ERC team to anyone who needs work done in their home.
