Eladio at D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC.5-Million-Star Review…!!! If you’re looking for the best pool company out there definitely choose Eladio at D&E Pools…!!! People don’t normally write reviews unless there’s a problem with a company or organization, however I wanted to take this opportunity to truly call someone out for not only being the most honest business owner I’ve ever met but also because Eladio at D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC. truly has your best interest in mind. I was getting several quotes from companies & then one of my friends from the Fire Department gave me a lead to an acquaintance of hers. All I can say is that this was the best thing that ever could have ever happened to my family & as you’ll see below it literally SAVED OUR LIVES! Eladio at D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC. was professional from the start & his integrity throughout the project was unmatched. Prior to having my pool redone by D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC.I had a local company come out to change my pool lights. I expressed my concerns to this person that I have a huge family & my Nieces & Nephews are always over & I’ve heard horror stories of faulty/shady wiring practices & people getting electrocuted & dying. This man looked me in the eyes & said not a problem at all & that he was a professional & has been in the business for decades. Upon commencement of my project with D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC. when the demo was underway I got some very unsettling news from Eladio. He had stated whoever installed these lights literally has jeopardized the lives of anyone that stepped foot into the pool. Rather than pulling the line correctly like they should have they cut & spliced the line with electrical tape. I was dumbfounded & in complete shock by this news, especially considering what I had expressed to this man as well as what I had paid him to have it done…!!! I was ready to go on a warpath…!!! However, Eladio being the standup guy that he is actually arbitrated this situation for me, I mean in today’s day & age who does that for someone they don’t even know. Eladio not only got me a full refund from this person, he got me a brand-new set of lights, & he took a personal trip to this man’s office to pick up the lights for me & chew him out (professionally of course) & make sure he understood his actions & the ramifications of what he did to me as well as what he has done to others as they can have serious repercussions & he can get sued and lose his business, & have to live with that fact that because of his negligent actions he could have killed people etc, etc… For the actual pool resurface, retile, and new light installation from Eladio at D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC. from start to finish the project went smooth & seamlessly. Even during the project Eladio mentioned a few things that added some great benefits to the project & we still stayed within the budget. His crew was phenomenal, they were never late, took care of little things like covering some plants I had in my patio, & even moved & wrapped some furniture I wasn’t able to get around to moving because of my work schedule. Big shout out to the crew foreman William & his phenomenal crew Carlos, jay, Daniel, Fabio & Kyle…!!! This company also notified me every step of the way as to what was transpiring. The girls in his office were are also extremely professional & courteous (especially Tami 😊). Once the project was complete there were a few minor issues that arose and at this point once everything’s been payed & finalized you’d think you would never hear from them again especially here in South Florida, well let me tell you not D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC.! They addressed & rectified the situations and didn’t stop until I was happy. I only wish there was more I could do aside from writing an awesome review for D&E Pools Lighthouse Point INC.to show my full appreciation and gratitude. If you do
