C and M wood flooring replaced portion of my condo wood flooring due to water damage. Was told by adjustor and general restoration company that we would need to replace entire wood floor due to age of original and inability to match color. All untrue. C and M found new planks, same color and model number and installed seamlessly. They were also able to repair squeaks from undamaged planks with glue filled syringe. Magic! Couldn't be more satisfied. Took all of 2 days and was perfect on every level.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service and knowledge of their products. Johnny Caruso was so helpful and even answered his phone on a weekend when they were closed, helping answer all of my detailed and specific questions about glues, moisture barriers, and helping research competing products for compatibility with the flooring I chose. Highly recommend this company for anything related to flooring!
They were able to get a super close match to the existing floor in a 10 year old house we recently purchased. Despite shipping delays (not their fault), the team was able to pull in additional crews to still get the installation completed on time ahead of our move in. Fantastic work and they were always super responsive
