Bath fitter installed a new shower for us. The installer, Luis Paiva, did a fantastic job. He was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything, and cleaned up the work site so it was spotless when he left. Luis worked hard and efficiently. OUR INSTALLER/PLUMBER NAME IS ALEJANDRO GONZALEZ. HE WAS VERY PROMT, POLITE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND WORKED VERY HARD. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND KEPT AREA CLEANED AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PICKED UP. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH HIS WORK AND BATH FITTER. My installer Steve was great - personable, on time, diligent worker, protected my floors throughout my house. Did a wonderful job and completely clean up after himself, which is much appreciated. End product looks fantastic.
