I have always found this company extremely competent. Inspector David is very easy going and explains everything very well to the client. His knowledge is extensive. The reports are professional. And both Chuck and David are easy to contact an ready to help with your needs. I have worked with this company for many years.

I used Amerispec on 5/11/2015... I found the co., to be extremly helpful....not only doing a great job with inspection, he was very good conveying it back to me. When he finished the inspec, he took me around thru each room and pointed everything out about what he found both good and bad. When this was all through , the co sent to me, a color copy of results and pictures of the propert and of the whole procedurethat he performed...room by room....! It took Davud about 2 hours to perform this procedure with excellent information to my benifit. Thank you Amerispec and you David K. G.C..
