If I could give them zero stars I would. My face looks like I had a stroke. I’ve called the office no one has called me back. I would never use this place again and I advise you don’t either.

This is not an honorable company. They had assured me that a voucher for 6 lazer hair removal sessions could be used in any length of time as long as I began the sessions. I told them I was going away for 6 months and would only be able to use 2 before I left. They assured me that was not a problem and I should come back when I returned for the other 4 sessions. Well I'm back and they will not honor there agreement. They said that they have had a sign up in the waiting room for the past few months ( while I was away) that says that you must use all sessions by Oct. They made no effort to contact me and I am out my money. The office is also quite shabby in a low end strip mall. Buyer beware!

I was so excited about this place. I saved my money up for laser hair removal and a few other things. I paid upfront. When I went to get my treatments done inside, there were signs all over saying tips are encouraged and accepted for all procedures. In addition, after each session there was a very awkward pause where I guess the tech was waiting for a tip?? I am not originally from south florida so I guess I missed something. This is a medical facility (they even do urgent care), not a spa of any sort. Tipping totally did not occur to me and it kind of turned me off to this place. I paid A LOT of money upfront so tipping each time was rediculously expensive. Had I known about this beforehand I never would have come here. I hope I am not out of line, but I want others to be advised because I wish I was.
