It was very busy in the service department today, but the staff handled all services efficiently and kept me updated on findings and expected time of completion. High end salon. John is the best!Service: Perms
I called and made an appointment for a wash & style for my wife. They were very professional on the phone and when she got there for her appointment they were fully staffed and ready for my wife. The stylist discussed options for a new style and then off to a shampoo & condition.The stylist took over and my wife couldn't ( and me too) with how she looks. They did a fantastic job! While she was there she made an p appointment to get her nails done the following day... again she was super happy with the level of service and how wonderful her nails looked. Thank you VIP for a great job, you have a new customer for life!
