“I highly recommend Beaver Home Services! The process was a little rocky for me at first, but everything completely changed once Rick Haigh took over my case.
Rick went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. As a homeowner dealing with insurance, paperwork, payments, and a major roof project, there are a lot of moving pieces. Rick truly held our hand through the entire process and made sure we always knew what was happening and what the next step was.
What impressed me most was his communication. It honestly didn't matter what time of day it was, if I had a question or concern, Rick was there with a quick and effective response. He never made us feel like we were bothering him and always worked to get things handled.
What started as a rocky experience turned into an amazing one because Rick stepped in, took ownership, and followed everything through to the end. That's the type of customer service that makes a huge difference when you're trusting a company with your home.
Thank you Rick and the Beaver Home Services team for getting us across the finish line. I couldn't be happier with how everything ultimately turned out. Highly recommend!”
