They were very respectful when meeting with us and through phone conversations. They did not treat us a just another customer but as a family member. They addressed the cremains as Miss—— and that meant so much to my husband and I. All three (John, Joe and Miss Gertrude) have a beautiful spirt and a soothing and calming voice. We picked up the cremains today and they gave us time to compose our selves before we left. Again, this meant a lot. The only complaint was the coffin was late to the funeral by 10 minutes. My sister was notoriously late to any event in her life, and, ironically, we always said she would be late for her own funeral. So it worked out to be true.“
