I am vertically challenged and was going on a cruise in 3 days, I had just gotten the maxi dresses I ordered online and they were definitely made for the vertically adequate. I was flying out in 2 days and needed them hemmed. Franks was a bit expensive but their work was stellar!! He got 3 dresses hemmed just in time for my trip and they fit perfectly!
