The service man who came to my apartment to fix my coils and put in a part was amazing he was so nice, and he made sure everything was working and ac was cold before he left.. thanks
1000000% would recommend! Our neighborhood uses a diff company but they were unreliable so we called DBK since they are right next door to where we live. Jasmine helped us and said the tech would be here by noon but since we are close probably sooner. I didn't grab our techs name but he knew immediately what was wrong and quickly changed the piece needed. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was also respectful bc he knew we had a newborn in the house. I highly recommend going with DBK over any other companies. They are quick, friendly, and reliable.
The DBK team of professionals knocked it out of the park when I was in need of my AC serviced. When I discovered my unit had stopped working shortly before business hours were coming to an end, I called and spoke to Greg. He promptly added my call to the schedule for the very next day. Travis arrived right on time and quickly assessed the issue, explaining the whole process through and through. He was fast to get my AC up and running, cleaned up after himself and even went out of his way to replace and secure some wires that were getting worn away.
