I was being cheap, and using home pest control spray from the grocery store. However, it got to the point where I was seeing one palmetto bug a week - which is FAR too many, especially when you're afraid of them! I called Universal, and opted for their annual treatment. I was expecting to have to call them out for an additional treatment - but it worked! Family owned. I have been a customer of theres for over 20+ years. If you have a problem with bugs, they can get rid of them. I think what they charge is reasonable. Plus they are just NICE!

In June (2019) we used Todd at Universal Pest Control to handle a major job at my girlfriends home in Daytona beachside, after the property had experienced an on-going termite problem for many months. (Spot treatments by another pest control company had not worked and they kept coming back, and the other company had advised us that they could not tent the house due to technical problems.)
