Faith is an excellent Ulta employee. We've developed such a pleasant rapport for the past (2) yrs. When she's working and I need assistance Faith helps without hesitation and today she exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond for a particular Saltair product I was seeking, the day before. That's the definition of superior customer service, the type of customer service that encourages a customer to happily give Ulta, their repeat business. Bravo to Faith! ?

Melanie was so nice explanation point she helped me not only get my fragrance from the case but then she walked me over to the cash register and help check me out. She helped me from beginning to end and her customer service is excellent!

I had such a great experience at the salon! My hairdresser Nana was incredibly kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted.
