I have dropped my rating from 5 stars to 3. I have been a Terminix customer for decades with Pest Control and Termite Protection contracts. Since customer service interactions were changed from local, to territorial, and then to national, it has become increasingly difficult to manage accounts and appointments. I no longer receive advance notice of when a technician is coming. If I am not at home, I have to reschedule a time for interior treatment or inspection. I have notified technicians and headquarters multiple times that I must be advised of their visits in advance. Even though I pay annually, I have received bills for prepaid services. Clayton does an excellent job with communication and is always prompt. His professionalism is amongst the best I’ve seen in the service industry. He presents himself well, conducts himself with confidence and is very personable. Clayton is thorough in his work, exercises diligence and proficiency. Well done!!
All the tech are nice, professional and willing to answer my questions. Always on time and notify me ahead of time, that they are on the property and ask if there are issues and send feedback afterwards.The company however calls too often to try and get more of my businessServices: Home inspection
