I had my regular appointment with Stanley Steamer as usual, but I kept thinking, the last couple of times it has not been good and I have paid them a lot of money. So I began to check on Google for someone else I might use, and luckily I ran across this Co. Steam Pro Clean and called it. I spoke to the owner Dave and set an appt for him to come out to steam clean my carpet. I rescheduled twice, but he was very patient, professional and understanding. When I could finally follow through and he got here, I was not even prepared for how good a job or how beautiful my carpet was going to turn out. I had another company scheduled to clean our carpets but they bailed at the last minute. We had tenants moving in and needed the carpets cleaned on that day. I called Dave in the morning and he was super flexible and very professional. He was able to get us into the schedule on the same day, and did a great job. The rate was also comparable to the big company stanley steamer. My opinion; stanley steamer does ok sometimes, but sometimes not so much. Our results were excellent, and the tenants are happy.
