Recently went to Serenity Nails because Hannah is there. Her skills are AMAZING and it's always a good time with her. Whether you want a silent appointment or to sit there and chat, Hannah is the best! Will definitely be back!!
The service itself was good, but from check-in to checkout, there was so much to be desired. The appointment system is not really legitimate. When I checked in on the tablet, there was no record of my appointment. My husband booked this as a gift, but they had no idea what I was due to receive. When I mentioned that to the receptionist he said that's fine and seated me. When the nail tech arrived to set me up, she too asked what service I was there for; she handed me a menu. Then, she realized the massage chair didn't work and apologized, but made no attempt to move me to a functioning seat. So, I requested a functioning chair. The best pedicure I have ever had. After a foot injury, I thought I was going to have to go to a podiatrist due to ingrown nails but wanted to get a pedicure first. Michael was amazing, he was gentle but thoroughly removed the ingrown nails, all 3 of them. He is very patient, attentive, and takes pride in his work. Vy did my manicure, she is also very personable and my nails look great.
