The salesperson was very helpful, and it was a no haggle smooth purchase. The salesperson had no problem helping me set up the Escalade electronics and what a pleasure. I am used to high end vehicles, but this is truly a pleasure to drive. I will be back to this dealer for my next purchase due to being treated very well. Barry
