“My first time to a DIY and it was an absolutely wonderful experience my dog loved them right away they took the time to explain to me how to use everything even gave me the option of a sensitive skin shampoo at no extra charge when they found out about my dog skin condition the walk up tubs are amazing normally cleaning my 70 lb dog is agonizing on my back Miss made it easy on me made it easier on her cuz she's almost 10 I bought the monthly unlimited it's a great deal!
