Paine Massage Therapy

I went Monday to Tammy Paine at Paine Massage Therapy for a massage…. And all I can say is wow.

As a rehab chiro, I work with a lot of neuromuscular conditions and issues- and Tammy just KNEW the pathways. The massage was not deep, but I FELT the changes. And Ive never really been sore after….I was sore for 2 days and felt my right inner leg muscles that I haven trying to turn on for WEEKS!

I had a pretty severe chronic issue that was just not going away for about 6 mos. I committed myself to at least three visits, and Tammy did NOT disappoint. It's obvious she is skilled and knows how to adapt to each client, and honestly each massage I've gotten is just a little different in order to work her way through to the key issue. I just finished my fourth massage and am feeling great relief. I can tell continued massages will benefit, so I will continue, and I highly recommend. Thank you Tammy!
