Though the service personal are great. The owner is another story. They take payment without consent, Do not return calls or e mails. Do not cover work that was done two days after it was done. He refuses to refund my money or communicate in anyway. He will sell you glory and give you defeat in the long run. Buyer beware.

I live at the apartments at Riverview at Grand Haven and McMaster’s was sent out to help us with a bug problem we were having. I struck up a conversation with the young man who was working and he stated his name was Tatum - very polite and professional. Since the first time he was sent out, the difference has been like night and day. It has been a while now and the issue still has not arose again, which I appreciate. I definitely recommend.

McMaster was great.
I hired them to repair my irrigation system. Not only did they charge me only about 1/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere, they also went above and beyond what I asked of them.
In addition to fixing the busted line, they helped me find optimal times to water and provided me some helpful general guidance on lawn care in this climate.
