I live at the apartments at Riverview at Grand Haven and McMaster’s was sent out to help us with a bug problem we were having. I struck up a conversation with the young man who was working and he stated his name was Tatum - very polite and professional. Since the first time he was sent out, the difference has been like night and day. It has been a while now and the issue still has not arose again, which I appreciate. I definitely recommend.

McMaster was great.
I hired them to repair my irrigation system. Not only did they charge me only about 1/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere, they also went above and beyond what I asked of them.
In addition to fixing the busted line, they helped me find optimal times to water and provided me some helpful general guidance on lawn care in this climate.

I contracted McMasters at the end of May 2021. My technician, Brad, spent a lot of time on my yard on the first visit. He provided me with all the information I requested with regard to what he had done to my yard. It was in really bad shape. I have two types of grasses: Bermuda and Zoysia. The Bermuda was established, but 1/2 of the Zoysia had been in for only a month. I left to go on a one month road trip. The office sent me pictures and a report at the three week mark. I returned home yesterday to find my grass the greenest and healthiest it has been since I first installed it as sod. Areas that were diseased had filled in - green and healthy.
