Massey Services Pest Control

We have used Massey Services as long as I have been at this hotel - over 12 years. There has never been an occasion in which our concerns were not addressed in a professional and timely manner. Ted and Barbie most notably, have been there thru the duration of this time and ALWAYS takes our concerns in the most efficient and friendly way. AND per Amanda - always is respectful to our team as well as our guests!

First of all, the Salesman John was a true professional-he came out and did a thorough job of the termite service. He then scheduled an interior check and also did a thorough job. He offered us a deal to add pest control and after discussing the deal , my wife and I decided to take him up on it. He then sent out Joe to take care of the initial service. Let me tell you, We've had other pest companies service our house and none of the past people spent more than a 1/2 hour spraying/laying traps. Joe must have spent close to 90 minutes, perhaps more spraying.. laying anti-pest seed or whatever they call it all over the entrances and lawn. Well worth the $120 deal... read full review
