The ladies are super nice who do your nails it the owner is not so friendly or helpful. Don't ask him any questions about colors because he will just rush you. He does not interact with customers but just sits there in his phone at the register.

First time customer as I live on the opposite side of town. I was shopping and was in need of a pedicure so I figured I’d give it a try. Beautiful establishment and excellent customer service. I will certainly be a return customer.

This morning I had a shellac American manicure by Vivian, as my salon Pampered Nails has sold & I don't know anyone there plus their prices have increased. Then I checked OP Nails & my favorite tech is off on Thursdays. I was a bit apprehensive, but Vivian did a great job - meticulous, pleasant & attention to detail! Thank you Vivian
