Was long, understandable if you're going at peak check-in times. Most people want to maximize their stay. There was a wait at the elevators at times, but there is also a lot of people in and out of the hotel. One key readier in the elevator in the north tower needs to be fixed for sure. And only 2 of the 3 elevators worked on that side. We had an issue with our initial room with the ac, and they sent the guy to come fix it. It took 2 hours and some change for him to get there. The room is dated and hot. The AC could not keep up. The room was clean but old, not what you expect from a hilton brand. The bathroom was not great. I think something was wrong with the toilet. It was loud and hard to flush, the shower was not easy to get to a temperature that was not scolding hot, and the floor was not cleaned. The rest of the room seemed clean. The bed was clean but uncomfortable. The view was amazing. Beach access isn't too far but not right outside the hotel, and we did not see any handicap accessibility. You have to use your room key in the elevator. Not a lot of people knew this. The elevator can only take 8 people at a time.

Rooms are extremely outdated for the price! No microwave and the fridge was a beverage fridge .. not even a real refrigerator so no freezer either which was disappointing. beach access is a very far walk from the hotel compared to hotels that claim to have beach access , and the pool /pool area was disgusting. Pool was full of people’s trash (bar drink cups, straws, fruit garnish) as well as the pool patio area .
All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.!
