I come here every week and mostly interact with Ms Pringle who is so comforting to have around!. She is social and kind which make just conversations while I do my therapy so relaxing! She makes it seem easy and overall everyone always has such a welcoming air!
Sometimes we are in denial when something is wrong with us and that was me . A car accident can leave you with so many feelings of anxiety. Being afraid to exist in normal everyday environments has been a battle since the accident for me ,but attending ethos and doing my treatments has minimized the anxiety I experience just at a red light . I still have feelings of fear that a car may smack into me again like a curse that won’t end ,but ethos helps . They help you breathe , they help you recover , they encourage you that it only goes up from here .
