My son experienced engine trouble while at school in Daytona and was stranded. Roadside assistance and several other tow truck companies that he reached out to wanted him to wait 2 hours for assistance. Daytona Wrecker Services dispatch quickly answered his call, was very courteous, patiently waited while he merged his parents onto the phone call, and offered to tow his vehicle to the school within 30 minutes - for less than every other company he contacted. We stayed on the phone with him, and they were there in a little over 15 minutes. The driver was very nice and even calmed his nerves. He made sure our son was safe. We are ever grateful!

I got into an accident and they came and cleaned the cars up pretty quickly. I went to get my belongings, spoke with lady up front, filled out a small form to turn over to insurance, then they let me in to get everything. Melvin pulled my car out, offered to help carry things, pulled my tag off for me, and warned me about removing certain things so not to get in trouble with the insurance company. He was very friendly! Thanks.

Truthfully... This was the best tow yard I've ever dealt with. The staff were extremely nice and even helped me get things out of my old (totaled) car since I was injured. Gave us free cold bottles of water and genuinely seemed to care about us.
