I have seen some poor reviews on this company and I struggle to understand why. Maybe just because people are overwhelmed at the loss of their vehicles for whatever reason.My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I went there to clean out my vehicle after a devastating crash caused by the other driver . We do quite a bit of business with Daytona wrecker, have for over a couple of years now. when we have an emergency with equipment that has to go they are quick to get to us. Driver and support staff always answer and get it done.

We recently had to recover the items from a car of a family member that had been a crash. Melvin went beyond his job to help us. He was extremely informative about how to deal with the insurance part, helped us get items from the car and even recommended place to eat knowing we are out of town.
