I have been in contact with several tree services to have a large tree cut back near my roof. The tree companies I called did come and give me a quote, set up a date but never returned and when I called to verify, they gave me the run around.Cutting Edge Tree Experts came when they said they would, gave the quote and the same day within hours came and cut back my tree and removed the debris. I called Justin to set up a date to get an estimate to remove 4 palms and have some others trimmed up. Justin and crew came over, he gave us the price and his crew came in and did the most amazing job I have ever seen! The team works so well together, they don't even have to talk to one another they just go in, and they know what to do. Honestly, they did such an amazing job, they came in, took down the trees, cleaned up everything and left. These guys are on the ball!! They have a tag-team like I've never seen. I called the main phone- she took my info and told me the estimator would be calling me back shortly. Within 15 minutes, he called, the next day he was at my house- gave a written estimate which was completely reasonable and we signed the job right then. Within 2 hours, he had a crew onsite to trim Palm trees, shape up an Oak tree, remove, and stump grind 2 dead trees. All limbs picked up, all mess gone. Boom DONE!! I callled three other places with no return call. Very professional, very respectful-- we have found our permanent tree trimming team!!
