They have gotten better, but much more need to be done. Some of the staff take there job too serious, one staff told me that i had to leave my phone in my room during the orientation. If you're interested in doing a clinical trial, this is a great place to do one at. The staff is efficient, skilled and friendly. The accommodations are excellent, the food is good, it's a very fun and interesting experience, and the compensation is great.

The studies pay really well and the accommodations are fairly good, however, the screening is horrific. The phlebotomists do not know how to do their job of drawing blood. You would think that after most of them have been there for years and years they would know how to draw blood. If you fail, according to them, to have bad veins, you will be put on some kind of blacklist with severe restrictions for future studies. By the way, the phone number 396-274-4177, associated with this site, is not a working number. Call 386-366-6400 what I believe it goes directly to a call center and not the facility.
