Saw there wassnt many reviews from this year, so here is my honest take from my round this morning: First the staff is amazing super nice and helpful went out of there way to direct me to the practice area and even comped me a water. Practice area was nice nothing crazy but no issues there. I payed $40 for the first tee time (7:10am) The course itself was very well groomed grass was cute nice and the greens were a good speed Other than that. There was a lot of dead grass and patches of dirt and sand all over. On the tee-boxes, fairways, and greens. This was on basically the whole course For me it was fun and an easy course. But i can also see how there could be complaints.

The tee boxes are non existent. You can't tell where the rough ends and the tee box starts. Greens have dirt patches all over them. I didn't even putt after the first hole, it'll do nothing but screw up your putting game. Don't waste your money.

Let me just say, Today I came to Pelican Bay country club to play with a friend whom had played it in the last couple of weeks. He had told me then that I would be impressed and I was!! This golf course has had a bad reputation for many many years. Let me tell you from tee to greens it rivals any course in this town. I was and I am impressed. I would recommend this course. It has always been a great layout and very challenging. My hat is off to the management and the staff for the work and effort to restore this course to the days that the Senior PGA Tour played their events here.
