Carroll's Upholstery was very friendly & courteous when I first called to inquire about replacing several tufting buttons on an Steinway artist piano bench [very expensive]. They were able to take it in the very day I called & did an outstanding job putting on the new tuft buttons! I had it back the same day! I also spoke directly to the staff who did the repair, explaining their procedure. They were very thorough & professional in their work! I would certainly think they treat all their work & customers the same way. I highly recommend Carroll's Upholstery! KN

I had been looking for new bar stools.... Nothing is as good as the old ones> They did an EXCELLENT JOB, redoing my old ones could NOT have asked for anything better. I went back and had them make me matching sofa pillows. Would recommend to a friend in a heart beat!
