These folks really care! The team replaced our timing belt, drive belts, fixed the A/C, coolant, and gave the 23 year old mini van a complete look over. It purrs like a kitten now and the family loves the cooler air conditioning! One thing I really like about BAA is that George will prepare us for future issues without cleaning out the bank. If you want pride and professionalism, repairs done right and at a reasonable cost, British American Auto is the place to go.
Out of all the mechanics I've been to, this guy George is as straight forward with you as can be, came in with a super annoying issue and it was fixed same day! Would reccomend
Family owned and operated by such genuine people. I could go in there and sit with Peggy and George and talk for hours. My alternator was going out, George tried to save me money by rebuilding it. (That was so nice of him) They rebuilt my alternator for only $1,300.00 but unfortunately it didn’t work and broke down in two days then they immediatelyyy had it towed back to their shop and got a brand new alternator in it. He only charged me the difference which was $250 :) My car has a new alternator now! and it only took $1,550.00 and two trips to their shop.
